Engineering and Design - Assistance in product design, manufacturability, and product sourcing.
Tube Bending - Multiple pull-type mandrel tube benders with such features as plane of bend control and pressure die assist, with over 100 bend dies covering a variety of round and square tube sizes and bend radii.
Precision Sheet Metal - State-of-the-art precision sheet metal shop, including Wiedmann C2500 and C3000 CNC auto index turret presses, 90 and 135 ton Cincinnati CNC press brakes, Wysong 10 ft. x 10 ga. shear, 3 hardware inserters with a large number of feeds, (2) pinch rolls, and dozens of smaller tools.
Punch Presses - Multiple OBI-type punch presses ranging from 5 to 60 tons. We are set up to utilize the large number of Unipunch holders and hundreds of punch/die sets. Other presses run class A or long run tooling.
Welding - Miller 5 axis robotic welding cell with solid state power supply, (9) 250A wire feed MIG welders, (4) TIG welders (250 & 300A), (2) spot welders (15 & 50 KVA), and a Jetline automatic rotary welding machine.
Cutting - Marvel V10A 10" x 10" precision automatic feed vertical band saw with miter cutting capability, HEM 10" x 10" horizontal band saw, a Koike (2) torch flame cutter with photoelectric reader, (2) vertical band saws, a cold saw, and a Scotchman iron worker.
Finishing - Ramco 36" line grainer sander, (2) Vibratory tumblers, centerless tube polisher, ball burnisher, belt sanders, grinders, and buffers.
Machining - Vertical mill, lathe, surface grinder and large capacity drill presses provide machining capability in support of metal fabrication projects.
Product Packaging - Complete line of packaging equipment including strapping machine, tape dispensers, staple guns, etc.
Warehousing and Logistics - 5,000 square foot warehouse, with stocking and distribution capabilities.
